The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform about the personal data protection policy on the official website and the rest of the accesses on networks and the Internet (hereinafter, “Website”) so that you can freely and voluntarily determine if you wish to provide TRANSNATUR with whatever personal data we may require or obtain from you when you access and use the Website, as well as its Content and the existing App(s) owned by the company.

Information and purpose

The only personal data to which TRANSNATUR will have access will be those that the User provides voluntarily.
In this regard, the User should know that, to access certain services offered through the Website and social media, personal data will be requested as well as the completion of forms with mandatory fields such that the omission of any of them may make it impossible for us to respond to your request or for you to access or use the aforementioned services and content, unless the form itself contains data that may be provided voluntarily.
In compliance with the provisions of current data protection legislation, we hereby inform that, by accepting this Privacy Policy, the User accepts that his/her personal data will be entered and processed in one or more files, belonging to and under the responsibility of TRANSNATUR in order to:

There are also accesses to applications through the Android App Store, to inform about the company, sector news, the newsletter, access to the customer area and control and monitoring of the service and freight, that is, everything related to the contracted services and the services that TRANSNATUR offers as a logistics operator. As indicated above, you will access the Android App Store website via a link or hyperlink in order to be able to download, where appropriate, and accept its Privacy Policy. The service through these applications does require that you have an account in the Google Android/Apple Play Store, in order to download the applications. Additionally, the application may automatically collect other the type of information such as: type of mobile device, User’s country, IP address, mobile device operating system and information on how the application is used. These data will not be transferred to third parties and can only be accessed for the purposes of providing the service. In any case, the legal and privacy notices of the social networking sites accessed must be followed.
Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of data protection legislation and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, LSSI-CE), we inform you that your data may be used for the purpose of sending you commercial and courtesy communications related to our company by telephone, ordinary mail, fax, email or equivalent means of electronic communication.
