Code of Ethics
Within the framework of the new regulatory requirements, TRANSNATUR is strengthening its compliance or regulatory compliance structure. For this it has launched a structure that not only oversees the functioning of and compliance with the criminal prevention model, but that also promotes the ethical behavior of employees and monitors compliance with current legislation applicable to its activities, and the internal regulations of the organization.

The smooth running of the organization depends on their individual commitment and responsibility.

This is why TRANSNATUR has a Code of Ethics which, through its core values and principles, defines the behavioral guidelines that make the company a prestigious reference in the transport sector.
Whistleblowing channel
The purpose of the whistleblowing channel is to receive, store and process allegations of irregularities or breaches of regulations, committed by employees or third parties.
It is a channel for confidential communication between employees, customers, suppliers, etc., linked to TRANSNATUR.
Scope of the allegations
Any possible irregularity or breach related to financial, accounting, commercial or regulatory compliance malpractices committed by employees and third parties can be communicated.
Reporting the allegation
The allegation will be reported by email canaldenuncias@bcn.transnatur.com.
Allegations will be received directly by the Chief Compliance Officer who will thoroughly review them to determine any possible breach of the Code. This person guarantees that the identity of the whistleblower will be treated with complete confidentiality.
Content of the allegation
Allegations received must contain the necessary information to be able to review the alleged acts, based on facts and evidence that may indicate irregular, unlawful or criminal behavior.
